Information

  • Length is about 20 in. (longer seat size may require a longer saddle)
  • Weight is about 13 pounds without panels 
  • Leg flap length from seat center to bottom is around 21 in.
  • Standard panels are C shape 

 

Sizing

  •  12 in. seat is about a 14.5-15 in. western saddle, or a 16.5-17 in. Dressage Saddle
  • 13 in. seat is about a 15-15.5 in western saddle or a 17-17.5in Dressage
  • 14 in. seat is about a 15.5-16 in western saddle or a 17.5-18in Dressage
  • 15 in seat is about a 16-16.5 in western saddle or a 18-18.5in Dressage
  • 16 in. seat is about a 16.5-17 in western saddle or a 18.5-19in Dressage
  • 16.5 in. This is about as long as we can make before we measure your horse to make sure they can support a longer saddle. 

 

Customizations

  • Seat size to suit you, measured from inside cantle to inside pommel along the seat. 
  • Leather: We can do smooth, tooled western, suede, nappa (like English saddle leather). 
  • Leg flap: This is the area we can have some fun customizing!!
    • Leather: Soft knee front, Suede leg insert area or Saddle Leather
    • Rear Thigh: This area is where we can have some fun with the customizations.
      • Tooling, embroidery, stitching, textured leather. 
    • Flap Shape: Square, Round, Swallow Tail
  • Optional Velcro leg blocks in the front flap area. Will come with Velcro installed incase you want to add blocks at a later date.

Panels

  • Easy adjustable velcro panels for your horses spine width, shoulder clearance.
  • Standard for this model is the C shape
    • also order panels L and B shape. 
  • Length depends on the seat size but a standard length is 17.5in
  • 2 thicknesses,
    • Thinner for horses with more topline or are very round. About 1 inch thick
    • Thicker denser for horses that lack topline or have prominent withers.  About 2 inches thick
  • Can be custom ordered for your special needs (shape and thickness)
